"I'm meticulous, like everything else," he teased. "I can't imagine how easily you would get bored. Or distracted. Or flush the toilet to send me a rush of scalding water," he said with a laugh.

Grinning, he pushed the curtains all the way open. "That's why I took this place. Had to do a bit of work but I think it was worth it for that view."
