As far as Eames, and for that matter Clarkie, were concerned, there was a fine line in the criminal world. If you didn't pay attention to what was being said, exactly how it was being said and left yourself open to what came of it, that was your fault for being irresponsible and plain stupid. There was always two sides to the saying 'honor among thieves.'
